Water park hotel being considered in Loveland, Colo.

The city council is now in talks with Martin Lind’s Water Valley Co. to develop an indoor water park and a hotel at Brands at the Ranch in Loveland, Colo. The water park hotel project, if approved, is estimated to cost roughly $200 million.
