Wyndham Hotels & Resorts spent the pandemic replenishing its pipeline to roughly 90% of the previous year’s level, making nearly 100 deals across the US. Wyndham’s performance between April 2020 and last March brings its new-build pipeline to 950 hotels, with more than 260 now under construction.
