What to do if a PPP loan was pending when funds ran out

Millions of applications were in lenders’ pipelines when funding ran out for the Paycheck Protection Program. One option that remains through May 31 is for businesses to cancel pending applications and reapply through community financial institutions, which still have access to about $8 billion set aside for them.
