Winter storm impacts flights, airports in Midwest

Airlines offered passengers rebooking flexibility as a winter storm affected the Midwestern United States impacting flights over the weekend and into Tuesday. Airports in Houston and Dallas shut down completely until at least this afternoon, while other Texas cities, as well as St. Louis, Nashville, Chicago and Tulsa, Okla., were also affected.
