Wis. firm pays $9.4M for Dayton, Ohio, DoubleTree Hotel

Wisconsin-based DS2 Real Estate Holdings LLC has acquired the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel in Dayton, Ohio, for $9.4 million. The seller, Cloverleaf Investments Inc., paid $4.8 million for the property near the Dayton Mall in 2014.
