WTTC: Travelers, not countries are “high risk”

The World Travel & Tourism Council wants to replace the idea of “high-risk countries” with “high-risk travelers,” saying the label stigmatizes entire countries. Focusing on individual travelers who pose risks is “key for unlocking the door to the return of safe international travel,” said WTTC President and CEO Gloria Guevara.
